1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns for most unused and unopened party & event supplies within:

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- Packaging must be intact and unopened
- Product must not show wear, damage, or signs of use
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene, safety, and event-use reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened party supplies
- Used decorations or event accessories
- Customized or personalized items
- Disposable items that have been opened
- Items labeled as Final Sale
- Gift cards
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Missing items
- Incorrect
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos or videos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will quickly provide a replacement, store credit, or full refund at no cost to you.
4. Refund Process
When your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of approval or denial
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

5. Return Shipping Costs

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

For returns due to:
- Change of mind
- Ordered wrong item
- No longer needed
- Event date passed
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
You may request a return after receiving your item (if eligible).
7. Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
For all other reasons, please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.
